Once purchased, Jyoti Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. does not accept returns. If you've received a damaged or defective product, kindly write to us at customercare@jyotiindia.com within 10 days of delivery.

The Partial Payment amount of Rs. 999 for Cash on Delivery orders is non-refundable. If a Cash on Delivery order is not accepted during delivery or cancelled after being shipped, Jyoti Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to refund the Partial Payment amount of Rs. 999

Used/Impaired Goods

You are only liable for any impairment of the value of the goods caused by any handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, quality, and function of the goods.
